Zaytuna Institute - Hayward, California

Bismillah. Salla Allahu 'ala Sayyidina Muhammad

Assalamu'alaykum wa Rahmatullah,

Photos of the Zaytuna Institute...unfortunately, pictures cannot capture the immensely mubarak feeling one experiences by being there.

A poem outside the classroom:

"As minutes and seconds pass by and times takes its toll on a place
An age brings an end to all things built upon stones without grace"

The outside of the classroom/musalla:

The seat of the scholars, may Allah preserve them and allow us to benefit by them:

The inside of the classroom/musalla:

The beautifully kept Zaytuna grounds:

Zaytuna flower:

Masha'Allah, a beautiful place with beautiful people. Anyone that can go and visit/study there, really should. May Allah bless the people at Zaytuna. Ameen.

Wassalam,

Salikah

    Salaam Alaikum:

Lovely photos, and the last part of the quote was especially striking:

"An age brings an end to all things built upon stones without grace"

Without the grace of Allah, all things pass. A building dedicated to His word and the path of love to Hu, will last as long as He wills, and not be subject to time's decay.

    Ya Haqq!

    As-Salaamu 'alaikum

At the following link you will read about the 49,981 signatures have
now been received on a terrible petition against the London 'Mega
mosque' based on incorrect and inciteful information. This shows the
existence of the intolerance and Islamophobia in Britain.

    http://radicalmuslim.blogsome.com/2007/05/30/the-mega-mosque/

The mosque would provide a place of worship and show Britains
tolerance and multiculturalism. It is now the duty of Muslims and evey
citizen to sign the counter-petition to BUILD the 'Mega Mosque'.
Please sign at the link below, forward email it to your friends, post
it in forums you visit and promote this on your site/blog.
